Your first visit consists of a detailed review and evaluation of your health concerns, a medical history, and when appropriate, a physical exam. Your doctor will also review your laboratory work and order additional laboratory tests as needed. You’ll receive detailed recommendations throughout the course of your care, including diet, nutrition, life-style, supplementation, and fitness. Allow for one and a half hours for an initial comprehensive visit and one hour for the initial pediatric visit. One hour is reserved for a prolotherapy evaluation. Our focus is to address the root cause of your illness. Since health is a process requiring us to be fully engaged, and to take full responsibility you’re encouraged to commit to your health goals, follow your treatment recommendations carefully and to maintain follow-up visits and repeat laboratory testing as necessary. Your wellness is dependent on what you do when you leave our office.

We can e-mail, fax, or send the form to you if needed. Please arrive 15 minutes early for your first appointment.

Bring copies of all recent laboratory work and medical reports. Also bring all supplements and medications you are taking.

We make every attempt to be on time for your appointment and request your cooperation in helping maintain timeliness. If you are running behind call the office immediately so we can best accommodate you.

Monday and Wednesday 9:30AM to 4:30PM, Tuesdays 10:00AM to 5:00PM, Thursdays 9:30AM to 4:00PM.

We close for lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM on Monday and Wednesdays and from 1:00PM to 3:00PM on Tuesdays.

We are CLOSED Friday through Sunday.


We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, kindly call at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Late cancellations and missed appointments will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

Payment & Financing:

For Fee for Service care, payments are made in full at the time of service. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We offer financing options for services purchased in packages and for our comprehensive Wellness Programs.


The health insurance industry has little interest in comprehensive wellness care, prevention, lifestyle and alternative health care. We strongly encourage you to not allow insurance companies to delay or stand in between you and the care you deserve.

We are not contracted with any insurance organizations including Medicare or Medi-Cal. Private PPO insurance carriers such as Aetna, CIGNA, Pacific Care, Exclusive Care and Great Western may provide full or partial reimbursement for visits to our office. If you plan to submit a claim, we’ll provide a Health Claim Form for you to submit to your carrier. We do not submit bills to insurance companies directly. In most cases PPO insurance carriers can be billed for conventional lab testing ordered by our doctors.
