Frequently Asked Questions
How often do I see the doctor?
The frequency of follow-up visits differs based on your health situation and stage of care. Time intervals between visits may vary throughout the care as well. Visits may range from a few weeks to several months apart, but tailored to give you the best outcome.
How long does my care plan last?
Each person’s care plan will last until all doctor visits, and health coaching sessions are completed.
Do I have to pay for my plan upfront?
By investing upfront you’ll benefit from savings but you do not have to. We also offer no interest payments, seamless financing or you can even pay as you go.
Do I have to sign up for a Vitality Wellness Plan?
If by the end of your initial visit it seems our approach fits your goals, we’ll present to you a plan that best suits you. Although a commitment to the full plan is the best way to reach your goals, we will work with you even if you do not sign up for a plan.
Not ready for one of our Vitality Wellness Plans?
You can still work with us. Our initial adult visit fee is $347 with follow-up visits ranging from $180-210. Health and Wellness Coaching is $337 for your first 3 session package.
Can I upgrade my care?
Yes, at any time you can upgrade to one of our Vitality Wellness Plans or upgrade your tier level.
How do I add therapies or health coaching to my plan?
Just notify us and we will add the appropriate components to your plan. You may add coaching or therapies at any time.
Will I receive health coaching and any therapies?
Based on your current health situation and goals, health coaching and specific therapies may be recommended. However, either can be deducted from your plan if they do not fit your goals.
Are all Vitality Wellness Care visits in-person?
We provide virtual or in-person care for California residents. Telehealth and virtual visits offer convenience and flexible scheduling.
What happens after my Vitality Wellness Care?
Since health requires continual care and assessment, we offer annual Member Maintenance plans. These plans include doctor visits, lab ordering, review, ongoing care of health concerns, and savings. Optional Health coaching and therapies are available as well.
